Booking & Attendance Terms

If you are making a booking on behalf of others, these polices apply to everyone attending.

Alcohol Restrictions for all services

Rapid intoxication drinks are banned in this venue. Including shots and irresponsible consumption of alcohol. Alcohol can only be consumed by adults over the age of 18.

Abusive, argumentative, indecent, vandalism (including throwing paint on tables) theft or violent behaviour is NOT tolerated, and offenders will be removed from our premises. Our staff and customers are to be respected at all times and if asked to leave, you must do so. 

Security or police may be called. All of our venues have CCTV and panic/duress alarms.

 

General Painting Sessions cancellations & reschedules 

CANCELLATIONS for General Paint and Sip Sessions:
If you submit your request more than 72-hours* before your session commencement time and are eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund in the same manner in which you paid. Alternatively, you can opt to receive a credit voucher which enables you to book any upcoming session.

RESCHEDULES to General Paint and Sip Sessions:
If you submit your request between 2-hours to 72-hours* before your session start time, we will issue you a credit voucher minus a last-minute cancellation/reschedule fee of $20 per seat for our up to 3-hours sessions. You can use your credit voucher to book any upcoming session within the next 6 months from the date received.

NO SHOW (this means that you do not turn up to the event)
Due to limited seating, if you submit your request within 2-hours before your session start time or you do not attend the session, you will be considered a ‘No Show’ and you will not be eligible to reschedule and no credit voucher or refund will be given.

 

DENIED ACCESS (this means you are turned away from entering the studio) Please email us within 24 hours and at Paint Juicy's discretion, we may offer a refund.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS: General Sessions: Ages 16 & 17 years must be accompanied by a participating adult. 15 years and under are unable to attend. This includes babies. If there is adult content i.e. Nude Live Painting then all attendees must be 18 years and over.

Private Bookings: all ages can attend including children and babies however please see our Sound and Lighting Notice.

REFUNDS

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We cannot change the refund payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds made through AfterPay will incur a 6% charge of the amount returned back to the customer. This is to cover the charges we receive from AfterPay.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards purchased though our website have no expiry so you are able to use them at your own leisure on any service.

Gift vouchers which are offered as part of a giveaway, competition either direct from the business or third party i.e. radio have their own validity listed. Failure to book a session before expiry will mean the voucher cannot be used. No extensions can be made.

 

Private Paint and Sip Events In-Studio Policy

Private Paint and Sip Events in-studio and at Partner Venues

Priced at $65 per person for all sessions with a minimum of:

Minimum of 10 paid seats during the days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ending by 5 pm

Minimum of 15 paid seats during the days Friday, Saturday and Sunday ending by 5 pm

Minimum of 20 paid seats for any private event after 5 pm every day

If you can't make the minimum, consider joining our open and general sessions. It is a great party vibe and you can still enjoy your party!

Maximum capacity 36 people at Burleigh Heads, Milton is 50. Our other partner venues have different capacity up to 100

Children may attend a private booking with a caregiver present (dependant on venue)

A $300 deposit is required to secure the date and time for the booking, and must be paid within 2 business days. The Final Invoice is due 30 days prior to the event. 

The Deposit and Final Invoice become non-refundable starting 30 days prior to the event. 

Duration: Up to 3 hours, BYO bubbles, wine, beer, cider and nibbles - everything else is provided for you including ice buckets, food utensils and additional tables UNLESS you are at a venue where drinks and food are available for purchase.

All ages are welcome at private events only unless adult entertainment is attending. Only those over 18 will be allowed to consume alcohol and must be accompanied by an adult

Entertainers such as Drag Queens or Nude Male Models will be charged at an additional cost, please contact us at info@paintjuicy.com.au for further information

 

Private Paint and Sip Kids In-Studio Policy

 

Priced at $55 per person for all sessions with a minimum of:

Minimum of 10 paid seats during the days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday ending by 12 pm

Private Paint and Sip At Home/Private Property Policy

Private Paint and Sip Events at your home or private property

Priced at $75 per person for all sessions with a minimum of:

Minimum of 20 paid seats during the days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday ending by 7pm

If you can't make the minimum, consider joining our open and general sessions. It is a great party vibe and you can still enjoy your party!

An OHS check will be completed prior to the event. We will need access to running water and power while there 

Seating and tables if required will be an additional $5 per person and travel may be an additional cost.

Booking Policy for ALL Private Events

A $300 deposit is required to secure the date and time for the booking, and must be paid within 2 business days. The Final Invoice is due 30 days prior to the event. 

The Deposit and Final Invoice become non-refundable starting 30 days prior to the event. 

The number of painters for Private Events can be changed (subject to a minimum), free of charge until 14 days prior to the event.  Rescheduling the Private Event, or withholding final payment, may result in loss of deposit. 

Private Event Booking Times

Adult- Monday - Sunday 10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm or 6pm - 9pm

Family Friendly or Kids Birthdays- Monday - Sunday 10am - 12pm

Start times can be modified, contact us for additional requests, we are more than happy to accommodate

 

Allergen Disclaimer

Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that food brought in by other customers and contractors may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While we take steps to minimise risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any food item is FREE of any specific allergen.

 

Other Terms

While we try our best to seat you with your friends and family, please make sure to add the person who you wish to be near in the notes at the checkout. Tickets are able to be purchased up until the start of the session. Late purchases may mean we are unable to seat you with your group. Please arrive 15 minutes early to each session so we can seat you in time to start. Sessions will commence within 15 minutes of the start time. Please wear appropriate clothing to our sessions. You will most likely get paint on your clothing. We will not reimburse, offer credit, offer a voucher or money to any person that gets paint on themselves, clothing, accessories, shoes and more. Your items are your responsibility

 

Physical Items Purchased

For physical items (not an event, session, paint and sip, or other activity-based purchases or pre-purchased food, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for physical items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@paintjuicy.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll offer instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
