Where We Can Host Your Birthday

We bring the party to your home, Airbnb or office, or match you with a partner venue that fits your size, budget and vibe. For Airbnb and short stay properties, it is your responsibility to confirm the host’s permission and house rules before booking. You must ensure we are allowed to attend, that noise, alcohol and guest limits are compliant, and that there is suitable space, parking and access.

What You Need To Know For Home/Airbnb Bookings

Permission and rules
Confirm with your host or property manager that events, visitors, alcohol and noise levels are permitted. Body corporate and council rules apply where relevant.

Space and utilities
Provide enough tables and chairs for your group, clear the area of valuables, and ensure access to water and power.

Protection and cleanliness
We bring table covers and take reasonable care, set up and pack down. Paint Juicy is not responsible for any damage, cleaning fees, fines or penalties charged by the property or host.

Liability
You are responsible for the property and your guests’ behaviour, including any damage, spills or breakages. Consider short stay event or renter insurance if needed.

Food and alcohol
BYO food and drink is subject to property rules and local laws. You must manage compliance, service and glassware.

If a venue or host later refuses the event due to house rules or capacity, standard cancellation terms apply.

Q: Do we need painting experience?
A: No. We guide every step.

Q: Can we BYO food and drinks?
A: Venue dependent. Mobile parties are BYO friendly.

Q: How long is a session?
A: Up to 3 hours.

Q: Can we customise the artwork?
A: Yes. Choose from our gallery or request a custom concept, which will incur an additional quoted fee.

Q: Can we add karaoke or tarot?
A: Yes. Karaoke and tarot mini readings are available on request and subject to availability and venue rules.

Q: Can we book cheeky entertainment for a birthday?
A: Drag queen MCs are available on request. Nude male models are available for private events. Private homes can book nude. Licensed venues may require covered attire. We will confirm for your venue.

Private Paint and Sip Events

Pricing
$700 covers the first 10 guests.
$65 per additional guest after that.
Minimum charge is 10 paid seats. Smaller groups may proceed at the $700 minimum. If that does not suit, consider our open sessions.

Pick Your Artwork
Choose one artwork from our gallery for your session or we can create one at request, which will incur an additional fee.

All Ages Welcome
Under 18s may attend with a responsible guardian who remains for the duration.

Entertainers and Extras
Add entertainers such as a Queen or a Nude Male Model for an additional cost. Availability and venue rules apply. Email info@paintjuicy.com.au.

Booking Policy

Deposit
A $300 deposit secures your date and time and is due within 2 business days of invoice.

Final Payment
The final invoice is due 45 days prior to the event.

Refunds and Changes
From 45 days before the event, the deposit and any final payment become non refundable.
Rescheduling the private event or withholding the final payment from 45 days out will result in the loss of your deposit.
