How Much Does a Work Christmas Party Paint and Sip Cost?
Private Christmas paint and sip bookings are priced on a flat rate for the first ten guests, with a simple per-person rate after that. No venue hire charged on top. No hidden fees for setup, pack down or the host. What you see is what you pay.
First 10 Guests
Flat rate covers the full session, all equipment, complete setup and pack down, and your hosted artist for the entire event. Minimum booking is 10 paid seats.
Each Additional Guest
Per person after your first 10. Scales simply whether your team is 15 people or 80. Custom festive themes and collaborative murals are quoted separately on request.
Teams smaller than 10 are welcome to join a public paint and sip session running regularly across QLD, NSW and NT. Public sessions start from $59 per person. If you want a custom festive artwork or brand-aligned design, an additional fee applies and is quoted when you enquire. Book early - Christmas slots fill up fast from October onwards.

Does everyone need painting experience for a work Christmas party paint and sip?
Zero experience needed. That is the whole point of the format. Paint Juicy Christmas sessions are built for people who think they cannot paint, and the reaction when they finish their first canvas is always the best moment of the night. Your artist guides every single step on the mic from start to finish. Nobody gets lost and nobody gets left behind. The fact that no one in the room is an expert is exactly what makes it work for a mixed workplace group.
Can the Christmas party run during work hours?
Yes. Paint Juicy runs daytime and evening sessions. Daytime Christmas parties, afternoon wrap-up sessions and post-work evening events are all common formats. When you enquire, let us know your timing preference and whether you are running it in the office or at an external venue. We will confirm availability and make sure the session format suits the time of day and the energy you want.
Can we add our company branding or colours to the festive artwork?
Yes. Brand-aligned festive sessions involve building a custom artwork brief using your brand colours, campaign elements or a year in review theme. This takes additional prep time and an extra fee applies, quoted when you enquire. It works particularly well for larger company events, client Christmas parties and activations where the visual outcome matters. Standard festive sessions use our existing Christmas artwork catalogue at no extra charge.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
It depends on the venue. Paint Juicy is fully mobile and runs Christmas sessions at office spaces, function rooms, licensed bars, bowls clubs and private properties. BYO-friendly options are available across most locations. When you enquire, let us know whether you have a venue in mind or need help finding one that suits your head count, budget and drinks situation. We have run Christmas parties in boardrooms, warehouses, rooftops and beyond.
Where do you run work Christmas party paint and sip sessions?
Paint Juicy runs Christmas paint and sip across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. That includes the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Coffs Harbour, Darwin and more. Because we are 100% mobile, we come to your office or chosen venue. There is no studio to travel to. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, just enquire and we will confirm quickly.
How many people do we need for a Christmas paint and sip?
The minimum for a private Christmas booking is 10 paid guests. That is the number that makes a private session viable and the number where the festive energy really gets going. Teams smaller than 10 are welcome to join one of our public paint and sip sessions where your group still sits together and participates in the same guided experience alongside other guests. There is no upper limit on a private Christmas booking.
How long does a Christmas paint and sip session run?
Standard sessions run for two hours. This covers the full festive painting, singalong moments, group games and a proper end of year wrap-up. A three-hour extended session is available for larger groups or where you want more room for speeches, prizes or extra add-ons like a Secret Santa canvas swap or karaoke. Let us know your preference when you enquire and we will recommend the right length for your team size and event.
How far in advance should we book a work Christmas party?
As early as possible. Christmas is the busiest period of the year for private bookings and popular date slots in November and December fill from October onwards. Saturday evenings and the first two weeks of December go first. If you have a date in mind, do not sit on it. Enquire early and we will lock it in. Custom festive themes and brand-aligned artwork need extra lead time for the design prep, so the sooner you enquire on those the better.
