What a Paint Juicy Night Actually Looks Like at Your Venue
We arrive early. We set up every table with canvas, easel, paints, brushes and an apron. We do a sound check. We run a welcome on mic when the first guests arrive and the session starts on time, from the first brushstroke to the final detail, guided on mic the entire way.
The 80s and 90s playlist runs underneath the painting. Between layers, while paint dries, the host runs singalong moments, quick quizzes and cheeky prizes. These breaks are deliberately placed to get guests back on their feet and back at the bar. The energy stays high. Guests stay longer and order more because they are genuinely having a good time, not just marking time.
The session closes with a group photo and a clean handover to your floor staff. We pack down completely. Every piece of art kit leaves with us. The room is clear within 20 minutes of the final brushstroke.
