Canvases, easels, paints, aprons, table covers, the artist and the playlist all arrive before your first guest does. You contribute nothing to the setup except your lounge room.
The session runs the same as any Paint Juicy event. Your artist hosts on mic, guides every step of the painting and keeps the energy going with singalongs and games. Guests who have never painted before sit down nervous and stand up an hour later holding something they genuinely cannot believe they made. That reaction happens every single time, whether it is in a Gold Coast backyard, a Brisbane living room or a Cairns outdoor entertaining area.

How a Mobile Paint and Sip at Home Actually Works
Book and Confirm
Submit an enquiry with your date, address, guest count and occasion. We confirm details, send an invoice and give you everything you need to know before the session including what space to prepare.
We Arrive and Set Up
Paint Juicy arrives early with everything. Canvases, easels, paints, brushes, aprons, table covers and the artist. We set the whole room up before anyone arrives. You do nothing.
The Session Runs
The artist hosts on mic for the full session, guiding every brushstroke and keeping the energy going. Singalongs, games and optional add-ons woven in throughout. Your guests are entertained from start to finish.
We Pack Down
Once the session wraps, we pack everything down and clear the area. Every guest leaves with a finished canvas. Your home goes back to normal. Nothing left behind except the good memories.

What You Need to Know for Home and Airbnb Sessions
Home and Airbnb sessions are our most popular format and they run brilliantly when the space is prepared. A few things to sort before we arrive so everything goes smoothly on the day.
Permission and Rules
If you are booking at an Airbnb or short-stay property, confirm with the host that events, visitors, noise and alcohol are permitted. Body corporate and council rules apply where relevant. If the host later refuses access, standard cancellation terms apply.
Space and Setup
Provide a table and chair for every guest, clear valuables from the area and ensure access to water and power. We supply all covers and take reasonable care but we do need a workable cleared space for every participant.
Protection and Cleanliness
We bring table covers and take reasonable precautions. Paint Juicy is not responsible for any damage, cleaning fees, fines or penalties charged by the property or host. Consider short-stay event insurance if needed.
Food, Alcohol and Liability
BYO food and drink is subject to property rules and local laws. You are responsible for compliance, service and your guests' behaviour including any damage, spills or breakages during the session.
How Much Does a Mobile Paint and Sip at Home Cost?
All mobile paint and sip at home sessions use the same simple pricing structure. A flat rate covers your first ten guests, then a per-person rate after that. No venue hire to pay on top. No hidden fees for setup, travel or pack down.
First 10 Guests
Flat rate covers the full session, all equipment, complete setup and pack down at your location. Minimum booking is 10 paid seats.
Each Additional Guest
Per person after your first 10. Scales simply as your group grows. Add-ons are quoted separately when you enquire.

What do I need to provide for a mobile paint and sip at home?
You need to provide a table and chair for every guest, a cleared area with enough room for everyone to paint comfortably, access to water and power, and safe parking or access for our team. We bring every single item needed for the session itself - canvases, easels, paints, brushes, aprons, table covers, the artist and the speaker. You provide the space, we provide everything else.
Can I host a mobile paint and sip in an Airbnb or rental property?
Yes, but you must confirm with the host or property manager first that events, visitors, noise and alcohol are permitted at the property. Body corporate rules, council restrictions and short-stay event conditions all apply. If the property host later refuses access or cancels due to house rules, standard cancellation terms apply. Paint Juicy is not responsible for any fees, fines or penalties from the property. If in doubt, ask your host in writing before booking.
How much space do we need?
Enough room for a table and chair per guest with space to set up a canvas and easel for each person. A standard dining table or outdoor entertaining area works well for groups of ten to twenty. For larger groups, a cleared lounge, backyard, garage or outdoor area works. When you enquire, let us know the space you have in mind and we will confirm whether it suits the group size.
Do guests need any painting experience?
None whatsoever. The artist guides every single step on the mic from the first brushstroke to the finish. What occasions work for a mobile paint and sip at home?
All of them. Hens nights, birthday parties, baby showers, Christmas parties, girls nights, bridal showers, school reunions, fundraisers and more. The occasion shapes the playlist, the artwork and the singalong era. If you have a group and a reason to celebrate, we can come to you.
Where do you run mobile paint and sip sessions?
Across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. That includes the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Coffs Harbour, Darwin and more. If you are unsure whether we service your area, just enquire and we will confirm.
What is the deposit and payment process?
A deposit of $300 secures your date and time and is due within two business days of invoice. The final balance is due 45 days before the session. From 45 days out, the deposit and any final payment become non-refundable. Full details are on our Booking and Attendance Terms page.
How far in advance should we book?
