What You Need For Home/Airbnb Bookings
Permission and rules
Confirm with your host or property manager that visitors, events, alcohol and noise are permitted. Body corporate and council rules apply.
Space and utilities
Provide a table and chair per guest, clear valuables, and ensure access to water and power.
Protection and cleanliness
We supply table covers and take reasonable care. Paint Juicy is not responsible for any damage, cleaning fees, fines or penalties charged by the property or host.
Liability
You are responsible for the property and guest behaviour, including spills or breakages. Consider short-stay event or renter insurance if needed.
Food and alcohol
BYO is subject to property rules and local laws. You manage service, glassware and compliance.
If a venue or host later refuses the event due to house rules or capacity, standard cancellation terms apply.

Q: How much space do we need
A: A table and chair per guest plus walking room. We’ll advise layout based on your guest count.
Q: How long is a session
A: Up to 3 hours including welcome, painting and photos.
Q: Can kids attend
A: Yes at private events with a responsible guardian present throughout. Adult entertainment is 18+ only.
Q: Can we customise the artwork
A: Yes. Choose from our gallery or request a custom concept for an additional quoted fee.
Q: Do you bring music and microphones
A: Yes. We bring playlists and can supply a karaoke mic on request.
Q: Can we book a drag queen or nude male model at home
A: Yes, subject to availability and house rules. Private homes can book nude; licensed venues may require covered attire.

Pricing
$700 covers the first 10 guests.
$65 per additional guest after that.
Minimum charge is 10 paid seats. Smaller groups may proceed at the $700 minimum. If that does not suit, consider our open sessions.
All Ages Welcome
Under 18s may attend with a responsible guardian who remains for the duration.
Entertainers and Extras
Add entertainers such as a Queen or a Nude Male Model for an additional cost. Availability and venue rules apply. Email info@paintjuicy.com.au.
Booking Policy
Deposit
A $300 deposit secures your date and time and is due within 2 business days of invoice.
Final Payment
The final invoice is due 45 days prior to the event.
Refunds and Changes
From 45 days before the event, the deposit and any final payment become non refundable. Rescheduling the private event or withholding the final payment from 45 days out will result in the loss of your deposit.
