Broadbeach Paint and Sip | Paint Juicy

Broadbeach paint and sip that out-parties the strip

Broadbeach is already Gold Coast nightlife central. The casino, the cafes on the esplanade, the restaurants backing onto Kurrawa Park, the high-rises full of groups who flew in for a weekend. Dropping a polite, quiet paint and sip into that environment does not work. Paint Juicy Broadbeach runs at exactly the energy the suburb runs at - loud, confident, the playlist doing half the heavy lifting and the host doing the other half.

Forty-five thousand happy painter guests across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Recognised as a Best of Queensland Experience every year since 2022. A 4.9-star Google average where the top two words are "fun" and "atmosphere." Every Paint Juicy Broadbeach session is built to deliver on exactly that brief, in a suburb where nothing else in the area settles for less.

100% mobile. Paint Juicy comes to the Broadbeach venue, sets up canvases, easels, palettes and aprons before the first guest arrives, runs the whole session on the mic from first track to final brushstroke, then packs down. Public Broadbeach sessions from $59 per person. Private events from $700 for the first 10 guests, then $65 per additional guest.

How Broadbeach sessions run

Broadbeach crowds arrive warmed up. They have already been to the casino, the esplanade, the venue next door, or all three. The host reads that energy from the first track and matches it. Every step is called out on the mic before anyone puts paint to canvas - background first, then sky, then mid-ground, then the detail. By the time guests reach the part that looked hard on the demo canvas, the foundations are already in. The singalong playlist builds through the night with a Broadbeach-friendly lean toward the nostalgic hits that always land hardest with Gold Coast groups.

Broadbeach hens parties, birthdays and private events

Private events are where Paint Juicy does its best work. The format scales from 10 people in a small function room to 150 people at a larger venue. You choose the date, the location and the theme. Paint Juicy handles everything else.

Hens party paint and sip Broadbeach

Broadbeach hens paint and sip is the most booked private format on the entire Gold Coast. The suburb is already the default Gold Coast hens weekend destination - Paint Juicy is the Saturday afternoon anchor that makes the rest of the weekend work. The bride paints something she keeps. The group sings songs they have not heard in years. Every guest is involved from the first brushstroke - nobody sits in the corner, nobody checks their phone. Book at a Broadbeach apartment, function room or venue of your choosing.

Birthday paint and sip Broadbeach

Private Broadbeach birthday paint and sip works for any age and any group size. A 30th on the 20th floor of a Broadbeach high-rise. A 40th at a venue walking distance from the esplanade. A 60th with a group who has not been in the same room since the pandemic. The canvas becomes the souvenir nobody throws away.

Team building Broadbeach

Corporate Broadbeach paint and sip team building suits the conference-and-event crowd that already flows through the suburb. Companies book it as the social add-on to a conference day at one of the Broadbeach hotels. The singalong breaks the professional mask. The painting gives everyone equal footing. Colleagues finish the night knowing each other better than after three conference dinners combined.

Christmas parties and more

Broadbeach is the default Christmas party paint and sip destination for groups travelling from across Queensland for the end-of-year event. Baby showers, bridal showers and milestone events all work equally well. Get in touch via the contact page.

Session themes in Broadbeach

The Broadbeach calendar runs 80s and 90s Singalong, 70s and 80s Singalong, 60s and 70s Singalong, ABBA Night, Aussie Rock, Movie Magic, Star Signs and Tarot, Paint Your Pet and Male Life Drawing. Private Broadbeach events can add karaoke, tarot mini-readings, photo wall props and a photographer.

Never done a Paint Juicy session before?

The concern everyone arrives with: "I cannot draw." The thing everyone says at the end: "I cannot believe I made that." Every step is called out on the mic before anyone touches paint to canvas. You paint the background before the foreground. The light before the shadow. The outline before the detail. By the time you reach the part that looked difficult on the demo, the foundations are already there and it is easier than it looked. Sessions run for up to 3 hours. The singalong runs the whole time. The trivia moments between layers are competitive, frequently wrong and entirely deliberate.

Booking a private Broadbeach event

Public Broadbeach sessions run at venues across the suburb year-round. Private events from $700 for the first 10 guests, then $65 per additional guest. Paint Juicy sets up in apartments, function rooms, community halls and licensed venues - no minimum venue type required. Add-ons include karaoke, tarot mini-readings, photo wall props and a photographer. Artwork comes from the Paint Juicy catalogue, with free colour tweaks to suit your occasion. Get in touch via the contact page for private events.

Recognised as a Best of Queensland Experience every year since 2022

Scored every year against Tourism and Events Queensland's criteria, with the largest share of the points coming from what guests write in their reviews. The 4.9-star Google average backs it up. The two most common review words: "fun" and "atmosphere." Not painting. Not instruction. Fun and atmosphere. That is the brief Paint Juicy was built to deliver.

Why Paint Juicy works in Broadbeach

Broadbeach is one of the highest-expectation entertainment markets in Australia. The crowd has been to every format, every venue, every apartment party and every weekend bender. The bar for "memorable night out" is genuinely high because options are abundant and Friday night is a competition. Paint Juicy is the format built for exactly this environment - the host doing vocal work, the playlist that builds, the painting that actually produces something worth photographing. The 4.9-star Google average reflects how the format lands in markets where the audience is demanding.

Broadbeach books the Paint Juicy 80s and 90s Singalong and ABBA Night sessions faster than any other themes on the local calendar. The nostalgia factor is the single biggest booking driver across the entire Gold Coast corridor and it peaks hardest in Broadbeach. The Male Life Drawing format is the most requested private booking theme for Broadbeach hens weekends. Private Star Signs and Tarot events are a consistent favourite for Broadbeach birthday groups looking for something different.

The Broadbeach Paint Juicy format versus other paint and sip

The quiet sit-down paint and sip format - follow along in silence, finish your drink, leave with a canvas you are slightly embarrassed about - is not what happens in Broadbeach. The main competitor in the Gold Coast paint and sip market is Pinot and Picasso, which occupies the quieter end. Paint Juicy sits at the opposite end. High-energy entertainment that happens to involve painting, a singalong playlist the host actively leads rather than just plays, trivia that creates genuine argument between layers, and a teaching style that makes every guest genuinely proud of what they finish with.

Paint Juicy Broadbeach is 100% mobile. No studio to travel to - the session comes to you. Canvas, easel, palette, apron, paints, brushes, sound system, mic and everything else arrives before the first guest. Sessions run for up to 3 hours. The singalong runs the whole time. Every guest leaves with a finished canvas. Book via the calendar above for public sessions, or get in touch via the contact page for private events.
