How Much Does a Baby Shower Paint and Sip Cost?
Private baby shower paint and sip bookings are priced on a flat rate for the first ten guests, with a simple per-person rate after that. No venue hire charged on top. No hidden fees for setup, pack down or the host. What you see is what you pay.
First 10 Guests
Flat rate covers the full session, all equipment, complete setup and pack down, and your hosted artist for the entire event. Minimum booking is 10 paid seats.
Each Additional Guest
Per person after your first 10. Scales simply as your group grows. Custom themes and collaborative guestbook canvases are quoted separately.

Does everyone need painting experience?
Not at all. Baby shower paint and sip sessions are designed for guests who have never touched a canvas before. Your artist guides every single step on the mic from the first brushstroke to the finishing details. The format is gentle and encouraging - nobody is under pressure to be artistic, and every single guest ends up with a canvas they are genuinely proud of. Can we choose a theme based on the nursery colours or design?
Yes, and we love when you do. Tell us the nursery colour palette, the animal or nature theme, or any design elements the parents have chosen, and we build the artwork around it. A standard theme from our catalogue comes at no extra charge. A fully custom artwork brief takes extra prep time and an additional fee applies, quoted when you enquire. Get in touch early if you want something truly personalised.
Can we do a collaborative canvas that everyone signs?
Yes. The collaborative guestbook canvas is one of the most popular add-ons for baby showers. Instead of individual canvases, one large canvas becomes a group artwork where every guest adds a personal touch, a message or a painted element. The parents keep one piece that holds everyone who was there on the day. It is genuinely the kind of thing that ends up on a wall for years. Ask about this when you enquire and we will explain exactly how it works.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
It depends on the venue. Paint Juicy is fully mobile and runs sessions at private homes, function rooms, licensed venues and community spaces. For home sessions, BYO food and drinks are always welcome subject to the usual property rules. When you enquire, let us know your venue preference or ask for help finding somewhere that suits your group size and set-up.
How many guests do we need?
The minimum for a private baby shower booking is 10 paid guests. If your group is smaller than 10, the best option is joining one of our public paint and sip sessions running across QLD, NSW and NT. Your group still sits together and enjoys the full Paint Juicy experience alongside other guests.

Paint Juicy runs baby shower sessions across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. That includes the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Coffs Harbour, Darwin and more. We are 100% mobile and come to your chosen venue.
Can we host the baby shower at home?
Yes. Home baby showers are one of our most popular formats. We bring everything to your place - canvases, easels, paints, aprons, table covers and the artist. How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for weekend dates. Most baby shower bookings come in six to ten weeks ahead of the event. If your date is coming up soon, always worth enquiring.
