Paint Juicy did not parachute in from somewhere else. We started in Queensland, we are still run from Queensland, and the whole business grew outward from here. The painting, the playlists, the singalongs that get a whole room roaring, all of it began in this state.

So when we say we back Queensland tourism, it is not a tidy line on a website. It is simply where we are from. Paint Juicy is a proud member of the Queensland Tourism Industry Council, the state's peak tourism body, and we run this business inside the industry rather than off to one side of it. Here is the short version of what that means.

Homegrown in Queensland

Every Paint Juicy night that has ever happened traces back to one state. Queensland is where the business started, and Queensland is where it is still headquartered today. We did not buy a brand and bolt our name on it. We built this thing here, from the ground up, and we still run it from here.

From that Queensland base, Paint Juicy has grown into a fully mobile paint and sip experience across three states, Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. There is no fixed studio, the whole experience comes to your venue or chosen spot. But the home address has not budged. We are a Queensland business through and through, and we are proud to wave that flag.

The Queensland Tourism Industry Council, QTIC for short, is the peak body for tourism in this state. It represents tourism operators, sets the bar for professional standards, runs training and accreditation, and gives the industry a voice where decisions get made.

Being a QTIC member means Paint Juicy is genuinely part of that industry, not a business operating on the fringes of it and hoping nobody looks too closely. We are in the room. We are connected to the standards, the updates and the best-practice thinking that keeps a tourism business sharp. Our current membership badge reads 2026-27, and we intend to keep renewing it for a long time yet.

On the face of it, it is a logo. Underneath, it says we take being a tourism business seriously enough to stand alongside the rest of Queensland's industry and be counted.

Accredited against the national tourism standard

Membership is one thing. Accreditation is the step that asks you to prove it. Paint Juicy is now an Accredited Tourism Business under the Australian Tourism Accreditation Standard, the program QTIC runs to check that the businesses flying the tourism flag are the real deal behind the scenes.

This is not a sticker you send away for. It means the way we run the business has been independently assessed against a national standard, and not just any version of it. Paint Juicy meets the standard for Sustainable Business Practices, which looks at the practical, unglamorous stuff: how we look after our team and our guests, whether what we advertise is genuinely what you get, and the cultural, social and environmental side of running things properly. It is the part we are happiest about, because it covers the bits of a business that never make the highlight reel.

For you, it is one more reason to book a mobile operator without crossing your fingers. You cannot stroll into a Paint Juicy studio and size us up before you book, mobile businesses do not come with a front door, so an independent tick from the people who set the bar does that sizing up for you.

Backing tourism in towns across Queensland

Supporting Queensland tourism is not just a membership card in a wallet. It is the actual work. Every time Paint Juicy runs a session, it puts on a night out, gives people a reason to book a table, and brings a bit of buzz to a venue somewhere in the state.

And not only in the big cities. Paint Juicy events run in towns right across Queensland, from the Gold Coast up through Bundaberg and Rockhampton and plenty of spots in between. Regional Queensland does not always get a steady run of events worth leaving the house for, and we love being one of the ones that turns up. Every session is a small contribution to the visitor economy in the place it happens, and a genuinely good night for the locals who come along.

Recognised as a Best of Queensland Experience

There is one more piece worth a mention. Paint Juicy has been named a Best of Queensland Experience every year since 2022, the official recognition from Tourism and Events Queensland for operators who consistently deliver the goods.

Holding to the standard

Being part of the Queensland tourism industry comes with a quiet expectation: you hold yourself to its standards. We are more than happy to.

It shows in the obvious places, a properly run business, a secure checkout, real and public reviews you can read for yourself, currently sitting at 4.8 stars on Google. It shows in the less obvious ones too, the after-session look at what landed and what did not, so the next night is a touch better than the last. More than 42,000 guests in, that habit has not slipped.

That is what backing Queensland tourism actually looks like from the inside. Not a badge for the sake of a badge, but a business that wants to be worth recommending, in the state it calls home.
