Submit an enquiry with your date, guest count, preferred location and any extras. We confirm everything, lock in the booking and send your group all the details they need before the night. No back and forth, no stress.
We Handle Everything
Paint Juicy arrives early and sets up every canvas, easel, paint palette, brush kit and apron before your first guest arrives. The space is ready, the playlist is cued up and the artist is on. You just show up and celebrate.
The Party Runs Itself
Your artist hosts the whole session on mic, walking every guest through each step of the painting from start to finish. Singalong breaks, prizes, games and a birthday shout-out for the guest of honour are all woven in. Nobody gets lost, nobody gets bored and nobody is left out.

How Much Does a Birthday Paint and Sip Cost?
Private birthday paint and sip bookings are priced on a flat rate for the first ten guests, with a simple per-person rate after that. No venue hire charged on top. No hidden fees for setup, pack down or the host. What you see is what you pay.
First 10 Guests
Flat rate covers the full session, all equipment, complete setup and pack down, and your hosted artist for the night. Minimum booking is 10 paid seats.
Each Additional Guest
Per person after your first 10. Scales simply as your group grows. Add-ons like tarot readings, photo wall props and male model are quoted separately.
Groups smaller than 10 are welcome to join a public paint and sip session near you. Public sessions start from $59 per person. Want to gift the experience? Gift cards are available here. Custom artwork incurs an additional quoted fee.

Do guests need any painting experience?
None at all. Paint Juicy birthday sessions are built for people who think they cannot paint, which is almost everyone, and they all leave completely shocked at what they made. Your artist walks through every single step on the mic from the very first brushstroke. Take a look at our easy painting guides for a feel of what the sessions involve before you book.
How many guests do we need for a private birthday paint and sip?
The minimum for a private birthday booking is 10 paid guests. If your group is smaller than 10, the best option is joining one of our public paint and sip sessions running regularly across QLD, NSW and NT. Your group still sits together and has a fantastic time alongside other guests there for a good night.
Can we customise the artwork for the birthday person?
Yes. You can choose from the existing Paint Juicy artwork catalogue at no extra charge, or request a completely custom design for an additional fee quoted when you enquire. Custom artwork takes extra time to develop into a step-by-step guide the artist can teach on the night. Get in touch early if you want something truly personalised for a milestone birthday.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
It depends on the venue. Paint Juicy is fully mobile and runs sessions at private homes, function rooms, licensed bars and bowls clubs. For home and backyard sessions, BYO food and drink is always welcome. When you enquire, let us know your venue preference or ask for help finding somewhere that suits your group and your drinks situation.
Where do you run birthday paint and sip sessions?
Paint Juicy runs birthday paint and sip across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. That includes the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Coffs Harbour, Darwin and more. Because we are 100% mobile, we come to your chosen venue.
Can under-18s attend a birthday paint and sip?
Yes, with conditions. Paint Juicy accepts guests aged 12 and over provided a paying guardian is present for the entire session. Bottomless and nude life drawing sessions are strictly 18 plus with no exceptions. Full details are on our Booking and Attendance Terms page.
What singalong themes work best for a birthday?
The best theme matches the birthday person's musical era. For a 30th or 40th, the 80s and 90s Singalong is almost always the winner. For a 50th or 60th, the 70s and 80s session or ABBA Night are consistently the most memorable. Tell us about the birthday person when you enquire and we will suggest the right fit. How far in advance should we book a birthday paint and sip?
As early as possible, particularly for weekend dates and peak periods. Most birthday bookings lock in six to ten weeks out. If your date is coming up soon, always worth enquiring.
