We Handle the Setup
Paint Juicy arrives early and sets up every canvas, easel, paint palette, brush kit and apron before your first guest walks in. The venue is ready to go. Tables are laid out, the playlist is running low in the background, and everything is exactly where it needs to be. You show up, your people show up, and the event starts.
The Session Runs Itself
Your artist hosts the whole event on mic, guiding every step of the painting so nobody gets lost or left behind. Singalong breaks, games and cheeky moments are woven in between paint layers so the energy never drops and nobody is left staring at a drying canvas. No painting experience needed and no pressure to be any good at it.
Take Home Your Canvas
Every guest leaves with a finished painting they actually want to hang up, plus the photos and group memories that come with it. We pack everything down once the session wraps, clear the space and leave it how we found it. The organiser does not lift a finger. That is the whole idea.

Book Club Session Formats
The standard two hour format. Painting, singalongs, games, natural conversation breaks throughout. Works perfectly for clubs that meet in evenings and still want to wrap at a reasonable hour.
The three hour version with slower pacing, extended breaks for proper book discussion, and space for the club secretary to do their thing. Book this if the book is the point, not an afterthought.
How Much Does a Book Club Paint and Sip Cost?
Private book club paint and sip bookings run on a flat rate for the first ten guests with a simple per-person rate after that. Setup, breakdown, host, paints, canvas and the full experience are all included. Clubs often split the cost across members evenly.
First 10 Guests
Flat rate covers the full session, all equipment, full setup and pack down, and your hosted artist for the event. Minimum booking is 10 paid seats.
Each Additional Guest
Per person after your first 10. Scales simply as your group grows, whether that is 15 guests or 50. Add-ons are quoted separately.
Groups smaller than 10 are welcome to join a public paint and sip session near you instead of booking privately. Public sessions start from $59 per person. Want to give the experience as a gift? Gift cards are available here. Custom artwork incurs an additional quoted fee.

How many members do we need for a private book club booking?
The minimum for a private booking is 10 paid guests. Smaller book clubs are welcome to join a public paint and sip session across QLD, NSW and NT. Your club still sits together and still has the night to itself within the session.
Can we still discuss the book during the session?
Yes. The Party Plus 3 hour format has longer breaks specifically for group discussion. The artist hosts the pacing so the book chat lands in the right spots rather than fighting with the painting.
What if half the club did not read the book?
Welcome to every book club on earth. The painting and singalongs give everyone something to do even if the book discussion runs short. Nobody feels caught out.
Can we theme the painting to the current book?
Yes, with a custom artwork fee quoted on enquiry. Popular options include cover art in abstract, a key setting from the story, or a symbolic object. Get in touch with the book title and we will quote it.
Do you run these for mixed-gender book clubs?
Absolutely. The format works beautifully mixed-gender and a handful of Paint Juicy book club regulars are couples clubs or mixed reading groups.
Do guests need painting experience?
None. The artist guides every step on mic. Our easy painting guides show what total beginners walk away with.
