Gosford 80s and 90s Paint and Sip Recap

Gosford RSL, you sold out and then some, and you remembered our names while you were at it.

This was an 80s and 90s Paint and Sip in a cracking big room, with a desert scene full of prickly cactuses on every easel and a crowd that felt like old mates from the second we walked in.

Big room, big crowd, big night. Gosford brought the lot.

The venue: Gosford RSL did it right

Gosford RSL is a massive venue and they had the whole thing set up beautifully. Loads of space, a proper layout, and our own dedicated bar, which we always love. There was even a private lift to help us shift all the stock up and down at the end of the night, and after a sold out room, our backs were very grateful.

One more tip if you find yourself here: the menu is big and seriously good, and the wine selection is superb. Come hungry.

The artwork: a desert full of prickly characters

We painted a desert scene packed with prickly cactuses, all warm tones and spiky little personalities. It looks the part and paints like a breeze, which is exactly what you want for a big mixed crowd.

Every desert came out different. Some went bold and bright, some kept it moody and sunset toned, and every cactus had its own attitude.

Lotti Rem flew in and brought the neon

Lotti flew in especially for this one, turned up in her best neon, and showed the entire room exactly what to do with a microphone. Off the charts good. She had the place singing, laughing and fully along for the ride from start to finish.
