Wyong Golf Club Aussie Rock Paint and Sip Recap

Wyong Golf Club, you turned a lazy Sunday into a proper party.

This was a sold out Aussie Rock Paint and Sip, a koala on every easel and a beautiful big room full of people who came dressed up and ready to give it a hot crack. Sunday sessions hit different, and this one was a cracker.

Big groups, big windows, big koalas. A Sunday well spent.

The venue: a Sunday spot that is hard to beat

We love this space. Wyong Golf Club is massive, with big glass windows looking straight out over the green, so the whole room is full of light and that easy Sunday feeling. Plenty of room to spread out and settle in.

Guests could pre-order charcuterie boards before the session or just order from the restaurant on the day, and with the bar right there, nobody went thirsty. Solid hydration, sorted.

The artwork: koalas, of course

For an Aussie Rock session it had to be the koala. True blue, beginner friendly, and forgiving enough that everyone walked out chuffed with their work. Every koala came out a little different, which is always the best part.

A Sunday kind of energy

We had some big groups in, which is brilliant to see on a Sunday. Karaoke was a touch quieter than our usual night sessions, but that is the beauty of a Sunday day sesh. People settled into their wines, sang along from their seats, and soaked up the whole relaxed vibe. Different gear, same good time.

Lotti Rem led the room beautifully, then jumped on a flight straight back to the Gold Coast afterwards. The dedication is real.
