Works for smaller family 80ths where the energy is intimate. Two hours of gentle painting, soft singalongs and group moments.
The preferred format for most 80ths. Longer breaks, warmer pacing, proper room for speeches, cake and grandkids reading out cards. Book this if the whole family is coming.
How Much Does a 80th Birthday Paint and Sip Cost?
Private 80th birthday paint and sip bookings run on a flat rate for the first ten guests, with a simple per-person rate after that. No venue hire on top of us. No hidden charges for setup, breakdown or the host. What you see is what you pay.
First 10 Guests
Flat rate covers the full session, all equipment, full setup and pack down, and your hosted artist for the event. Minimum booking is 10 paid seats.
Each Additional Guest
Per person after your first 10. Scales simply as your group grows, whether that is 15 guests or 50. Add-ons are quoted separately.
Groups smaller than 10 are welcome to join a public paint and sip session near you instead of booking privately. Public sessions start from $59 per person. Want to give the experience as a gift? Gift cards are available here. Custom artwork incurs an additional quoted fee.

How many guests do we need for a private 80th?
The minimum for a private booking is 10 paid guests. Smaller family groups are welcome to join a public paint and sip session across QLD, NSW and NT. Your group still sits together and still has a lovely time.
Can grandchildren and great-grandchildren attend an 80th?
Yes. Paint Juicy runs 12 plus sessions with a paying guardian present at all times. 80ths are often properly three-generation events, and the format handles that. Every guest has a canvas to focus on, so the younger family members have something meaningful to do rather than getting bored.
Is the pace suitable for the guest of honour?
The pace adapts. For an 80th the artist runs a gentler tempo, with longer breaks between steps, softer music during guided painting and the big singalong moments kept to the right moments. If the guest of honour tires easily, the session can be structured with more rest breaks. Mention any accessibility needs when you enquire.
Can we print the guest of honour's painting as a keepsake?
Yes. Many 80th groups have the guest of honour's finished canvas photographed and printed as cards for the family to keep. Paint Juicy can recommend printing services, or the family can arrange it after the event. It is a genuinely lovely way to mark the milestone.
Can we do a daytime session instead of evening?
Daytime is the preferred format for most 80ths. Natural light is kinder on older eyes, the tempo is softer and everyone gets home safely before dark. Paint Juicy runs daytime sessions every day of the week where venues allow.
