How Much Does a 50th Birthday Paint and Sip Cost?
Private 50th birthday paint and sip bookings run on a flat rate for the first ten guests, with a simple per-person rate after that. No venue hire on top of us. No hidden charges for setup, breakdown or the host. What you see is what you pay.
First 10 Guests
Flat rate covers the full session, all equipment, full setup and pack down, and your hosted artist for the event. Minimum booking is 10 paid seats.
Each Additional Guest
Per person after your first 10. Scales simply as your group grows, whether that is 15 guests or 50. Add-ons are quoted separately.
Groups smaller than 10 are welcome to join a public paint and sip session near you instead of booking privately. Public sessions start from $59 per person. Want to give the experience as a gift? Gift cards are available here. Custom artwork incurs an additional quoted fee.

How many guests do we need for a private 50th?
The minimum for a private booking is 10 paid guests. Smaller groups join a public session across QLD, NSW and NT. Your crew still sits together and still has a brilliant night.
Can we mix girlfriends and family at a 50th session?
Absolutely. 50ths are often the age where family and girlfriends finally get in the same room. The format works because everyone has the painting to focus on. Nobody is forced to keep up a conversation. The singalong moments pull the room together.
Can we pick a custom painting for the 50th?
Yes, with a custom artwork fee quoted on enquiry. Plenty of 50ths go for a meaningful custom design, a favourite place, a beloved pet, or a cheeky inside joke the whole group gets.
Do guests need painting experience?
Zero. The artist guides every step on mic. Most 50th groups have no painters in them and everyone leaves shocked at what they made. Our easy painting guides show the kind of results to expect.
Can we do a daytime session instead of evening?
Yes. Daytime 50ths run brilliantly, especially at licensed venues with bottomless brunch. Natural light is better, pace is gentler and nobody has to drive home late. Mention your preferred time when you enquire.
