How Much Does a 90th Birthday Paint and Sip Cost?
Private 90th birthday paint and sip bookings run on a flat rate for the first ten guests, with a simple per-person rate after that. No venue hire on top of us. No hidden charges for setup, breakdown or the host. What you see is what you pay.
First 10 Guests
Flat rate covers the full session, all equipment, full setup and pack down, and your hosted artist for the event. Minimum booking is 10 paid seats.
Each Additional Guest
Per person after your first 10. Scales simply as your group grows, whether that is 15 guests or 50. Add-ons are quoted separately.
Groups smaller than 10 are welcome to join a public paint and sip session near you instead of booking privately. Public sessions start from $59 per person. Want to give the experience as a gift? How many guests do we need for a private 90th?
The minimum for a private booking is 10 paid guests. Smaller family groups are welcome to join a public paint and sip session across QLD, NSW and NT. Your group still sits together and still has a beautiful time.
Is a paint and sip suitable for a 90th?
Yes. Paint Juicy has hosted a number of 90ths and the format works beautifully when run at the right pace. Daytime, indoor, comfortable seating, gentle tempo, longer breaks and a shorter session overall. The guest of honour does not have to paint themselves if they would rather watch, although most do want to pick up the brush at some point.
Can great-grandchildren attend a 90th?
Yes. Paint Juicy runs 12 plus sessions with a paying guardian present at all times. 90ths are often four-generation events. Every guest has a canvas to focus on, which gives the youngest guests something meaningful to do rather than getting bored.
Can we build in speeches and a slideshow?
Yes. The 3 hour Party Plus format has plenty of room for speeches, a photo slideshow, old family stories and grandkids reading out cards. The artist builds these moments into the session flow so they land naturally rather than feeling tacked on. Mention your plans when you enquire.
Can we print the guest of honour's painting as a keepsake?
Yes. Many 90th groups have the finished canvas photographed and printed as cards for the whole family to keep. It is a genuinely meaningful way to mark a 90th. Paint Juicy can recommend printing services.
