Pick your night
Find a night near you and add your seats to the cart. Using a friend seat? Add two, one for you and one for them, in the same booking.

Sign in at checkout
Use the same email your Juicy Credit was sent to. We'll pop a one-time code in your inbox, no password needed.

Tap "Apply store credit"
Scroll to the Payment section and tap Apply store credit. Your Juicy Credit comes straight off the total.

Book and belt it out
Pay any balance left over, then all that's left to do is warm up those vocal cords.

How do I check how much Juicy Credit I have?
Sign in to your Paint Juicy account with your email. Your Juicy Credit balance and its expiry date are in your account details.
I can't see "Apply store credit" at checkout. Help!
You need to be signed in with the email your Juicy Credit was sent to. Tap the sign-in link at the top of checkout, pop in the one-time code we email you, and the option appears in the Payment section.
How do I use my free friend seat?
Add two seats to the same night, one for you and one for your friend, and book them together. Apply your Juicy Credit at checkout and their seat is covered.
Can I use my Juicy Credit on any night?
Yes, any public night on the calendar. Your Juicy Credit comes off the total and you pay any difference.
What if my Juicy Credit is more than my booking?
Your full Juicy Credit balance goes onto the order when you tap Apply store credit, so it's best to use it on a booking that's the same or more than your Juicy Credit.
Does my Juicy Credit expire?
Yes, 12 months after it lands on your account. We'll make sure you know when it's there, so it doesn't sneak past you.
