Coffs Harbour Team Building Paint and Sip Recap

Turns out a building company knows how to build a very good day off.

We headed to Coffs Harbour for a private team building Paint and Sip, and this was the full experience: games, speeches, painting and a serious amount of singing. A proper day of people letting their hair down together, away from the tools and the timelines.

This is team building people actually want to be at, which is a rare and beautiful thing.

We painted our front on elephant, a bold blue and yellow piece that looks far trickier than it is. That is the magic of it. Beginner friendly steps, a striking result, and a whole team surprising themselves with what they could do.

Every elephant came out with its own personality, and watching a room of workmates compare canvases is half the fun.

Team building that does not feel like team building

The brief was simple: make it fun, make it memorable, get everyone involved. So we ran games, made space for a few speeches, and kept the singing going while the paint dried between layers. Add free flowing drinks and a proper feed, and you can imagine how happy the room was by the final brushstroke.

The feedback afterwards said it all. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and were quick to recommend us, which is the best review a team day can get.

We love Coffs Harbour

Coffs is one of our favourite patches. We are up and down this stretch all the time, from Coffs Harbour itself out to Sawtell, Coramba and the towns around them, running private team building days and hens parties for groups who want something more than a boardroom and a whiteboard.
