Partner With Paint Juicy: Find Your Venue Type

Venue Partnership Directory

Nine Venue Types. Find Yours In Five Seconds.

A hall that seats a crowd and a narrow bar with one long bench are not the same problem, so we stopped writing one page for both. Pick the room you actually run and read the version written for it. Underneath all nine, the arrangement is identical. You supply the room and the bar, Paint Juicy supplies the rest, and the venue is never charged.

Start With The Room, Not The Pitch

A club secretary looking at an unbooked hall and a bar manager watching the after-work crowd walk out at seven are chasing two different things. Both of them can host the same night. Neither of them wants to read the other one's version of why.

So there are nine pages below, one per venue type, each written around the specific reason that venue goes quiet and what a Paint Juicy night does about it. The guests are the same across all of them: women aged 30 to 90, the biggest group between 35 and 65, out in fours and fives and buying their drinks at your bar across about three hours.

If you would rather have the whole thing explained properly before narrowing anything down, read how hosting a paint and sip at your venue works from start to finish. That is the long version. This page is the index.

The Same Deal On Every Page

Two Things From You. Everything Else From Us.

Whichever page you land on, this part does not change. There is no venue fee, no commission and no hire charge, because Paint Juicy is paid by the guests through ticket sales rather than by the venue.

Two Ways People Get Stuck On This Page

It happens often enough to be worth answering here rather than making you guess.

Two Of Them Describe You

Plenty of venues are two things at once. A hotel with a separate upstairs room, a club with a bar the public uses, a brewery that also takes bookings. Go by the space the painting would happen in, not the name above the door. If it is genuinely a coin toss, read both. They are short.

None Of Them Describe You

Galleries, wineries, surf clubs, halls, cellar doors and a few we have not thought of yet have all worked. The nine cards are the common ones, not the permitted ones. Send us a photo of the room and a rough table count and we will tell you honestly whether it suits.

Before You Pick A Page

Four Questions Worth Answering First

Which page should I read if my venue fits more than one card?

Go by the room the night would run in rather than the licence on the wall. A hotel hosting it in a dedicated upstairs room gets more out of the function space page than the pub page. Reading two of them takes about four minutes and costs you nothing.

What does it cost the venue to host one of these nights?

Nothing, on any of the nine pages. No fee for the room, no share of the bar, no invoice at any point. Guests pay Paint Juicy for their tickets and that is where our money comes from, and there is no travel charge anywhere inside Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.

What does the room itself actually need?

Tables, chairs, a bar and a power point. The measurement that matters is roughly 60cm of table per painter, and a typical session is 40 to 80 guests. Nothing else is required from your side, no screen, no sound gear and no art supplies.

What happens once I get in touch?

A short conversation about your room and which nights are soft for you, then we look for a date that suits both sides. Nothing is signed on that call and finding out whether your venue is a fit costs you nothing at all.

Let's get planning

Get in Touch

Planning something fun? Fill in the details below and we will get back to you fast. The more detail you give us the better we can help.

Small crew? Still a party. Private sessions are priced on 10 guests, so a group under 10 can absolutely book one. It is the same flat $700 AUD covering the first 10 seats, then $65 per extra guest, and the whole session is yours. More elbow room, more encore songs. Fancy company instead? Ask us about joining a session that is already locked in, the party is pre-built and your crew completes it. Around the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern Rivers our partner spots can sometimes work extra magic for smaller groups, just mention it in your message below. Or keep it easy with a public session from $59 per person where you all sit together: QLD Events, NSW Events or NT Events.

We reply fast. Emails are the best way to reach us, and if we are mid-session we will be back to you the moment we put the brush down.
