The name had us biased from the start for obvious Penelope and Bert reasons, but the food did the heavy lifting. We ordered vegetarian because that is how we roll and it was gone so fast there was no photo, only crumbs and two very hopeful beagles. Consider that our five-star review in silence.

The base hits that sweet spot between crisp and chewy, the sauce tastes like tomatoes that have actually met sunlight, and the toppings are generous without turning the box into a swamp.
