Toowoomba Private Paint and Sip at Fitzy’s

Toowoomba, you were a delight. We rolled into Fitzy’s for a private Christmas paint and sip and found a room full of ready-to-party legends. Brushes out, playlists on, bar humming. It had that end-of-year glow from the first hello.

The set-up

Fitzy’s gave us a comfy function space, great sound, quick service and staff who made everything feel easy. We laid out the easels, primed the palettes and kicked off with our simple shapes method so first-timers could settle in fast while the confident painters took creative detours.

When karaoke stole the show

We tried to keep everyone on the painting rails, truly. But the microphones started calling names and that was that. Guests took turns on the mic, the crowd backed every chorus and the night drifted happily into karaoke mode until close. Paint first, party always.

Snacks that kept pace

The canapés and sliders did exactly what they were meant to do. Easy to grab, tasty and steady all night so no one had to choose between a top-up and a mouthful. The bar kept things flowing with zero fuss, which meant no one missed a key change or a finishing highlight.
