How do I book a private paint and sip event?

Straightforward, fast and flexible. Here is how the private booking process works at Paint Juicy.

Step one: submit an enquiry

Use the private booking enquiry form on the Paint Juicy website. You will be asked for:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your town or suburb
  • Your preferred date (and a backup if you have one)
  • Your group size
  • The type of event (hens, birthday, team building, baby shower, etc.)
  • Whether you have a venue sorted or need suggestions
  • Any theme preferences or special requests
  • How you heard about us

The more detail you give us, the better we can match your needs. If you know exactly what you want, say so. If you are not sure, say that instead and we will help you figure it out.

Step two: we get back to you

The Paint Juicy team aims to respond within one business day. We will confirm availability for your preferred date, provide pricing for your group size and ask any follow-up questions needed to nail down the details.

If your first choice date is unavailable, we will offer alternatives. Weekends in September through April book out fastest, so the earlier you enquire, the more options you have.

Step three: confirm and deposit

Once the date, venue and format are agreed, a deposit is required to confirm the booking. The deposit locks in the date and the host. It is deducted from the final balance.

Final headcount and full payment are usually required one to two weeks before the event date.

Step four: we handle everything from here

The Paint Juicy team organises the host, the equipment, the setup logistics and anything else that needs coordinating on our end.

We confirm with you in the week before the event. We arrive at the venue before guests. We set up, run the session and pack down.

Your job from this point is to show up and have a good time.

How much notice do I need to give?

Ideally at least four to six weeks, especially for weekend bookings. Some dates fill up months in advance for popular occasions like hens party season (September to February).

If you have less notice than that, it is still worth enquiring - we occasionally have last-minute availability. But do not leave it to the week of the event if you can help it.
