Roughly 60cm of table per painter. A standard 6ft trestle seats six guests comfortably. Most RSL function rooms hold 40 to 200 painters with ease, with room left over for the host zone and the all-important bar run.
Power and PA
We bring our own PA system if your venue does not have one. If you do, even better, we will plug straight into yours. Either way, we just need one standard power point near the host position. No surprises on the night.
Bar and Bistro Flow
Sessions are deliberately structured to send guests to the bar between painting layers. A walk-up bar inside the room, or one short stroll away, gets the strongest spend per head results we have ever measured.

We have run nights for 20 guests in a small back room and 218 guests in a full event space. RSL function rooms are usually some of the largest in town, so we are normally working with the room rather than against it.

Paint Juicy sessions are booked on the night your RSL is at its quietest. We work with you to identify the best fit for your local area and demographic, whether that is a weeknight in one region or a weekend in another. We never schedule against your members night, your raffle, your meat tray or any commemorative dates on your calendar.
Do we need to do any setup, marketing or coordination?
Not a thing. Paint Juicy handles ticket sales, Facebook advertising, customer service, the host artist, the PA, every art material, complete setup and the full pack down. Your RSL staff run the bar exactly as they would on any other night. We do not even ask your team to help us carry chairs.
