Yes, and we do it regularly. Home and Airbnb sessions are some of the most popular private bookings Paint Juicy runs across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.
What you need to have in place
For a home or Airbnb session, Paint Juicy needs:
- Enough indoor or covered outdoor space for every guest to sit at a table with an easel in front of them
- Tables and chairs for everyone (or a plan for them)
- Power access for any equipment
- If it is an Airbnb - confirmation from your host that events are permitted on the property
- Minimum 10 guests for private bookings
We bring everything else. Canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons, tablecloths, the host. You supply the space and the people.

Is it BYO at a home session?
Yes. Home and Airbnb sessions are fully BYO for food and drinks. There is no venue licence at play, which means you can bring whatever you want to drink and eat. Most groups bring wine, beer and a grazing platter. We have run sessions where the host organised a full dinner beforehand. Both work well.
Airbnb-specific check
If you are hosting at an Airbnb, have a quick conversation with your Airbnb host before booking the session. Most are completely fine with a small private event, but it is always worth confirming. Mention the group size and that it involves a guided creative activity - most hosts will say yes without hesitation.
Do not assume permission. A quick message saves complications.

Lead time matters. Weekends book out fast, especially September through April. Get in touch as early as possible.
