What do I need to bring to a paint and sip?

Not much. Genuinely, this is one of the nicest things about a paint and sip. The list of things you need to bring is very short.

What Paint Juicy provides (you bring none of this)

• Canvas for every guest
• All paints in the colours needed for that night's design
• Brushes in all required sizes
• Easel for every guest
• Apron for every guest
• Water cups and paper towels
• Tablecloths for the painting area
• The host artist, on the microphone, for the full session
• Full setup before you arrive
• Full packdown after you leave

This is a complete kit. You do not need to source or bring any of it.

What you bring

At a licensed venue session: just yourself. The venue handles food and drinks.

At a BYO home or Airbnb session: yourself and drinks (and food if you want). Everything painting-related is provided by Paint Juicy.

For Paint Your Pet sessions: a clear, well-lit photo of your pet on your phone or printed.

Practical extras that make the night easier

• A light cardigan or layer if the venue tends to run cool
• A small bag or tote to carry your canvas home safely
• A hair tie if you have long hair you would rather keep out of your face while painting
• Your phone for photos at the end

None of these are essential. The canvas will be bagged for you at the end and the host will make sure it is carry-safe.

What not to bring

Your own paints or brushes. Bringing your own supplies is not necessary and introduces colour variables that the host cannot account for in the step-by-step guidance.

Anything you would be devastated to get a tiny splash of paint on. The apron handles most things but accidents happen occasionally.

Anxiety about whether you can paint. Leave that at home. It is not relevant here.

For public sessions versus private bookings

Public sessions: bring yourself and your ticket confirmation. Everything else is waiting at your seat.

Private sessions at your home or Airbnb: bring yourself, your drinks and confirmation from your Airbnb host if applicable. Paint Juicy brings the rest.
