The honest situation with venues
Paint Juicy is a mobile business that runs sessions at a wide range of venues - pubs, clubs, function rooms, private homes and community spaces across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.
The accessibility of each venue varies. Some of our venue partners are in older buildings where full wheelchair accessibility is not available. Some are in purpose-built accessible spaces. We cannot guarantee accessibility at every venue without knowing the specific location.
This is an honest limitation and one we are actively working to address as we grow our venue relationships.
What we do to support accessibility
- We prioritise venue partners with step-free access where possible
- We can provide low easels or adjust the workstation setup for seated guests with mobility requirements
- Private mobile sessions at your home or chosen accessible venue remove the venue variable entirely
- We are always willing to communicate with guests in advance about specific requirements

The most accessible option: a private mobile session
Because Paint Juicy is fully mobile, the most reliable accessibility solution is a private booking at a venue you know meets your requirements.
Your home, an accessible community hall, an accessible event space - Paint Juicy comes to you with everything needed to run the session. You control the environment.

For public sessions
If you are looking at a specific upcoming public session and want to know whether the venue is wheelchair accessible, contact us directly before booking. We will confirm the accessibility details for that specific venue.
The event listing does not currently include accessibility information as standard - this is something we are working to improve.
Do not assume accessibility based on the venue name or location. Ask, and we will give you a straight answer.
Other accessibility considerations
If you have visual, hearing or other sensory requirements that might affect how you participate in a session, contact us before booking. The host can adjust how they communicate steps and instructions where possible. We want every guest to have the full experience.
Paint Juicy sessions can also accommodate guests who are not drinking. The format works equally well for non-drinkers and the host does not make it a thing.
